While reading a variety of text-types, students will focus on grammar, vocabulary, and reading strategies. Students will complete study of the 2000 word list begun in the seminar course Introduction to English Language Studies. In addition, students will learn how to conduct more complex conversations on the topics of their readings, give a short presentation and write a book report.
